Terms of Service

Payments and Refunds

  • I accept Venmo or Paypal for payments

  • 50% of payment or payment in full must be made upfront before I begin the commission

  • For sketches, full payment is due before I begin the commission

  • The other 50% of the payment will be due once the commission is completed

  • A full refund will be given if the commission has not been started

  • If the commission has been started, no refund will be given

My Work

  • I will draw: creatures/monsters, anthropomorphic animals, gore, humans, fanart

  • I will not draw: complex mechs/robots, sexual/fetish work (ask about suggestive content)

  • Backgrounds: all commission works will have a simple, solid color, or transparent background

  • Detailed or more complex backgrounds are available for an additional price

  • Any additional characters will be +50% of the original price

  • I can work with a detailed description or little description, if little description is given you are accepting whatever I come up with for the piece

  • Small changes can be made throughout the commission, but any major changes may result in an extra charge

  • My work will take 2-3 weeks depending on my schedule and college/commission workload (sketches are about 1 week). If your commission is going to take longer/shorter I will let you know!

  • I will send 2-3 progress photos: sketch, lineart, flat colors/basic shading, and then the finished commission

As the artist, I:

  • Have the rights to use your commission in my portfolio

  • Have the right to post your commission on social medias (unless specified by client, you may be anonymous)

  • Have the right to decline your commission if I am uncomfortable with the subject, deadline, etc.

As the client, you:

  • May NOT use the commissioned piece to make a profit unless agreements are in place

  • May NOT use the commissioned piece in anything NFT related

  • May print the commissioned piece for personal use

  • May post the commissioned piece on your socials as long as proper credit is given

  • May send emails asking about progress on your commissioned piece
